Join the resident artists Andrew Rankin, Bill Riley, Dion Hitchens, Jana Wood, Sarah Holten-Warren and Tira Walsh, and view the historic station building that has been transformed into a studio and gallery complex.
The adjoining independent art space Papatūnga will be open with new work from artist Jaimie Waititi, presented as a satellite project of Te Tuhi’s major group exhibition, A Very Different World from renowned Māori curator Ngahiraka Mason.
Te Tuhi’s billboards at Parnell Station will host a new project by Maraea Timutimu, also as part of A Very Different World.
Coffee and doughnuts will be served. Nau mai, haere mai!
Te Tuhi’s Parnell Station project was instigated by Auckland Art Fair co-director Stephanie Post and developed by Te Tuhi in partnership with Auckland Transport.
