Jess Molina, writer, blogger and New Zealand Fashion Week ambassador in conversation with Sammy Salsa, fashion stylist and the Costume Designer for the TVNZ hit show The Panthers. Hear about the clothes and inspiration for the show, and how topical this is right now in Aotearoa.

Sammy Salsa has quickly become Aoteaora’s leading stylist. He’s a master of his craft, balancing the tightrope perfectly between the worlds of high fashion, commercial and television/cinema projects.

An incredible attention to detail, breadth of knowledge and soft demeanour has led to Sammy often keying multiple jobs simultaneously.  A passion for high fashion has Sammy being one of New Zealand’s most sought after editorial stylists. His work gracing the pages of fashion publications Remix, Fashion Quarterly, Viva and was the in-house fashion editorial stylist at Mindfood Style Magazine.

Born and raised in Mount Roskill to Samoan immigrant parents, Sammy has always seen fashion as more than just clothes - "I' see myself as more than just a fashion stylist, I'm a storyteller, and I tell stories through clothes"

Jess Molina is the founder of lifestyle website loudlyquietly.com, a New Zealand Fashion Week ambassador, and a pioneer of what it means to have influence in this day and age.
